Amid a sculpted wood décor with statuettes and paintings, near the Champs-Élysées, RATN serves the gamut of Mogul cuisine that originates in the Indus Valley of Pakistan. It consists of tandoori meats, “murgh massalam” (chicken in a saffron sauce), “bhuna gosht” (roasted lamb leg) and "nargisi malai kofta" (minced lamb meatballs) as well as many curries where saffron, nutmeg and cardamom are heavily present. Service is courteous and prices are stiff. By the way, the name of the restaurant means “jewel” in the Hindi lang....
