| This innovative concept offers a good portion of food for a reasonable price. Here’s the drill: Take your seat and order your drink. A small wooden paddle on a stick bears your table number; write your name on it. Take it to the line, and pick up a colored stick to designate if you want your food as a wrap or as a salad. Then grab a black bowl, ladle into it white or brown rice, and select the vegetables for your stir-fry. Green beans, bean sprouts and fresh asparagus are good options. Select a sauce or sauces; all are made in-house. Then choose the protein---pork, squid, chicken and maybe some of all---in a separate red bowl. Leave all in the designated area with your paddle; return to your table and your food will arrive promptly. Sorbet is available for dessert.
