| When you get your seat and order your drinks (a Riesling goes best with this food), you'll receive a paddle bearing your table number and you'll write your name on it. Thus armed, go to the line forming to the left of the food station, and pick up a colored stick to designate if you want your food presented as a wrap or as a salad. Do you want a skewer of grilled shrimp? That's a separate colored stick. Then grab a bowl and ladle white or brown rice, and select the vegetables for your stir-fry. Green beans and fresh asparagus are good options. Then choose your protein---scallops, pork, squid, chicken and maybe a combo of all---in a separate bowl. Return to your seat, and your tasty and beautifully cooked food will be brought to your table--and promptly. |
