While the name of this Logan Square restaurant wonâ€™t necessarily roll off your tongue, the fare will be more than familiar to followers of authentic, south-of-the-border cuisine. The spotlight is on a wonderfully complex rainbow of moles, from hoja santa-laced Oaxacan yellow atop pink shrimp to fruity green mole blanketing a grilled pork chop. Start with the flavorful guacamole, made tableside, or the earthy sopa azteca with chicken, chile pasilla and house-made sour cream. Go exotic with entrÃ©es like grilled local ostrich in ancho-nut mole, or stick with more familiar sounding carne asada. Either way, be sure to ask for extra homemade tortillas.
