| After nearly a dozen years in business, this Sundance Square destination for revved-up cowboys and businessmen remains ever-popular. The cilantro-jalapeño soup, bacon-wrapped shrimp with onion jam and beef tenderloin tamales stay at the top of the list of favorite starters, while blackened Buffalo rib-eye with cook's butter and the carne asada topped with Reata's cheese enchiladas are also notable.
