Red Feather Lounge Restaurant Review: From classics such as a Pimm's Cup and Sazerac, to The Fuzzy Leopard and The Pickpocket, the Red Feather Lounge is known for mixing Boise's largest array of hand-crafted cocktails. Remodeled and offering an updated menu, the atmosphere combines relaxed comfort with modern elegance on two levels. The first floor is inviting with black leather and orange crushed-velvet booths offsetting traditional table seating, while upstairs a more intimate arrangement awaits. Fresh flowers, serene music and low lighting keep the mood soft. For larger parties, Red Feather features a basement wine room with a wine humidor stretching through all three levels. Dishes might include grilled Wild Bristol Bay Coho salmon in a sweet hazelnut butter, and Pinot-braised short ribs with organic potato gnocchi.
