: Relax with a cool specialty drink like the pomegranate mojito (rum, fresh lime juice, mint and a splash of pomegranate juice) or a caipirinha (rum with fresh lemon juice). Chef Bruce Hill worked as a consultant here for several months to get it back on track after the departure of the original chef James Ormsby. Sean Mindrum, from Mustards Grill in Napa, has taken charge from there. Appetizers range from a langoustine custard to delightful baby lobster and avocado cones topped with tobiko caviar. Tuna steak au poivre, served with garlic mashed potatoes has a gutsy Cognac-peppercorn sauce. Desserts are inventive and delish.
