THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Red Lotus Kitchen & Bar Restaurant Review: Local chef Billy Ngo has taken traditional Chinese dim sum to a whole new level with this creative, modern hot-spot. Unlike traditional dim sum, there are no rolling carts or steam baskets, but small plates made-to-order with care and precision. Traditional favorites are still on the menu, including egg rolls, pot stickers, steamed dumplings and chow mein. But they sit alongside such inspired dishes as spiced beef marrow bone with Chinese red vinegar, pan-roasted duck breast and seared Wagyu beef with hot mustard. Wash it all down with one of the specialty cocktails, such as the Baojing Berry, with vodka, Framboise, Serrano chili and fresh berries.
