| If you want to taste all of Italy, come to Regional, where all the regional cuisines of Italy are represented---from Sicily to Tuscany, Lombardy to Val d’Aosta. Starters include a tender beef carpaccio, fried codfish with lemon pesto, and delightful stuffed artichokes. Favorite main dishes include pastas like whole-wheat noodles in a duck ragù, beet and ricotta cheese ravioli in a thyme-butter sauce, and corkscrew pasta with broccoli rabe and sweet sausage. If you’re in the mood for heartier fare, fish, fowl and meat dishes round out the extensive menu. Desserts are first-rate, and the tapas are good for sharing. |
