: At chef-owner Mark Estee’s project in downtown Reno, all meat and produce come from local farms. Reno Provisions is a gourmet grab-n-go eatery (or dine-in, the space is a sort of high-end cafeteria and market) with a demonstration kitchen, café, private events space, bakery and retail area. There's also a small, full bar. Most patrons are drawn to the deli, where a daily soup is served and panini come hot off the press. If stopping by for breakfast, build your own Boot Mill sandwich with a choice of proteins mixed with potatoes and peppers. Lunch and dinner options include a quinoa salad with figs, arugula and goat cheese, or barbecue roasted pork loin. But there are many selections for vegans and gluten-free eaters as well. Don't leave without a house-made éclair or Russian tea cookie.
