 Republic’s sleek atmosphere quickly signals that this establishment is an unusual pub. With massive state-of-the-art TV screens, an impressive beer list that numbers in the hundreds, and thoughtfully prepared dishes, it's a favorite destination among Oklahoman gentleman and their dates. The striking lighting and angular architectural features give this restaurant a distinctly urban feel. Consult the knowledgeable waitstaff to select one of the hundred beers on tap or order a flight to sample several in one sitting. Over two-hundred local, domestic and international bottled beers are also available. While enjoying your suds, try the Scotch egg or homemade pub pretzel to whet your appetite and then dig into bock-battered fish ‘n’ chips or bacon-wrapped meatloaf stuffed with blue cheese. The popular local Angus beef Republic burger is smothered with a caramelized onion and bacon relish, Gruyère, arugula and a fried egg. For lighter fare, we suggest the flavorful niçoise salad featuring seared ahi, fresh green beans, kalamata olives, red onions and potato confit with a white anchovy vinaigrette. Linger for dessert, most notably the chocolate stout ice cream float.
