If you are meeting any of the storied venture firms located inside 3000 Sand Hill, this is your one option for a meal in the compound outside of the offices themselves. A deli-style counter fronts the restaurant for grab-and-go breakfast or lunch, and seating is available indoors and out for menu service. Offerings are straightforward, with oatmeal, eggs and breakfast staples to start the day, and sandwiches and California-local dishes for lunch, including daily soup specials, salads, panini and marinated skirt steak with creamed arugula, crispy potato, heirloom cauliflower and balsamic reduction. Restaurant 3000 is simple, friendly and a great spot to spot the VCs of the valley.
