Daily specials may turn up Colorado farm-raised rack of lamb with fresh figs and Courvoisier sauce or yellowtail infused and baked with lemon grass marinade. Try the Shaken Beef---cubed filet mignon seared in Cognac on watercress and tomato. Ginger prawns are prepared with garlic, soy sauce and palm sugar. The handful of vegetarian items includes a curry and Monk’s Ragoût (tofu, bamboo shoots, black mushrooms, baby corn, carrots, snap peas and jasmine rice).
