Restaurant Buerehiesel Restaurant Review: This old Alsatian farmhouse was transported piece by piece from Molsheim and rebuilt here, in the parc de L'Orangerie. And for more than 30 years Chef Antoine Westermann worked his magic in its midst until his retirement in 2007. His son, Eric, now takes up his post, reinterpreting hearty classics with a light, contemporary touch. Wine cellar full of Alsatians at all prices, although most are on the high side. Commendable selection of Bordeaux and Burgundies.
