Restaurant de la Poste Restaurant Review: Follow the gourmets into this blue-and-yellow dining room, adorned with a mural depicting the game-rich Sologne region. Thierry Poidras puts a fresh spin on traditional cuisine (foie gras, scampi in three ways--tartelette, surprise cup, tartare, pesto scallops, wild catfish, crab and celery nem). The set menu is a real bargain. The cellar is eclectic, and like the food, is clemently priced.
