A devastating fire turned out to be the catalyst for serious changes and updates at this renowned fine dining destination. The menu changes seasonally and is quite well-balanced. There are classic items and innovative newcomers, something to please vegetarians and plenty of luxuriant, high-calorie indulgences. The Angus beef tenderloin filet is a perennial favorite. There's always at least one lamb and veal presentation, sometimes more. The appetizer portion of the menu is heavy on seafood. The specialty martini list is proving popular with the upscale cocktail crowd. However, we recommend switching to wine when you move from the bar to your dining table. With such an extensive and well-rounded cellar to choose from, it's practically a sin not to.
