But you'll also find exciting selections such as a fiery sea scallop appetizer with lemon grass sauce. Entrées include the bacon-crusted Kurobuta double-cut pork chop with bok choy and Japanese sweet potato. For dessert, there's peanut butter cheesecake or the flight of wine sorbet.
