Though acclaimed chef James McDevitt has departed Restaurant Hapa, this Scottsdale destination still offers favorites such as Chilean sea bass with ginger aïoli and beef tenderloin glazed with caramelized Chinese mustard and served with tempura-battered sweet water prawn. But you'll also find exciting selections such as a fiery sea scallop appetizer with lemon grass sauce. Entrées include the bacon-crusted Kurobuta double-cut pork chop with bok choy and Japanese sweet potato. For dessert, there's peanut butter cheesecake or the flight of wine sorbet.
