Restaurant Le Gourmand Restaurant Review: Rustic and welcoming, Restaurant Le Gourmand is located in a 150-year-old refurbished stone house in a charming village at Pointe-Claire. The restaurant mixes a touch of Quebecois cuisine, French-Cajun-inspired fare and even international dishes. A grand fireplace exudes warm and familiar comfort during the colder months, while in summer diners can enjoy a meal on the beautiful garden terrace. The grilled filet mignon, Thai-style organic salmon and rack of Quebec lamb are memorable. Desserts include a classic chocolate cake, profiteroles or an apple tart. The wine list is nicely chosen to suit the bill of fare. Service is efficient. |
