A fresh breeze blew straight through the Windy City when chef Jean Joho set up his Alsatian flag in Chicago. It’s a funny coincidence that the restaurant atop One Financial Center bears the name of the earth’s highest point, as dining here is truly an elevated experience. Sitting on top of the world, he also governs an array of other ventures including Brasserie Jo in Chicago and Boston and Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas. We said it last year and we’ll say it again: Joho continues to offer the peak of French cuisine.
