Charlie Trotter’s famous Chicago dining temple remains as fabulous as ever. Raw food and vegetables have never tasted this good. And for anyone brave enough to attempt re-creating the experience at home (at least the food part, that is), Trotter has authored a mini-library of cookbooks to assist the dedicated gourmand. His three daily dégustation menus prove that he continues to deserve the title of one of the world’s most innovative chefs.
