Sirio Maccioni’s New York gastronomic institution is just as legendary in its third incarnation in the stunning Bloomberg building. This time, the Adam Tihany-designed space is a study in steel and glass with a glass-enclosed aerie, an all-glass bar and a custom-designed 27-foot steel and glass wine tower. In this forum, executive chef Christophe Bellanca is a master at executing timeless Le Cirque favorites as well as creating dishes that are as contemporary as the dining room’s current design.
