Fortunately, Mina’s creativity and determined passion for cooking assures that any dining experience here is much more about the food (with its unexpected flavor combinations that come in three steps per course) than the admittedly gorgeous environs.

Talésai on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood remodeled its kitchen and décor, but still retains longtime favorite dishes, while New York City's Obika serves up varieties of mozzarella di bufala.
