It may be clichéd to draw an analogy between the museum in which this restaurant is housed and Gabriel Kreuther’s cooking, but, in this case, it’s not at all inappropriate. Here, the Alsace-born chef’s cuisine is taken to new heights. Expect an art form of the edible variety forthcoming from the kitchen at the cool, airy establishment.
