with the expansion bug. In April the Alain Ducasse Group
took over Benoit, one of the last, true Parisian bistros.
But despite having locations in New York, Las Vegas, Paris,
Tokyo and every else in-between, he’s been able to
maintain the excellence at Essex
House.
