| This great neighborhood place has been somewhat overlooked but certainly not by the locals that flock to its rib-sticking nightly offerings. The dinner specials are particularly alluring, with half a roasted chicken, flavored with black pepper and lemon, paired with polenta for $15.95. There is also an à la carte menu with escargot, French onion soup, salads and one of the best pot roasts around. Save room for the dense chocolate torte or the crème brûlée. |
