 Although both the lunch and the dinner menus feature assorted creative dishes such as grilled tuna club wrap or at dinner, monkfish puttanesca, when you are the Rhodeside Grill, you probably will still get the sense that you are eating in someone’s slightly upscale home dining room with Mom doing the cooking. Why? Because you can choose such comfort dishes as a lusty black bean soup striped with sour cream, a basket of warmed and textured sourdough bread and sides of french fries or garlic mashed potatoes. Other elements that add to the casual atmosphere: whimsical oil paintings and a mural. And for dessert? Save up calories for the rich mocha swirl cheesecake.
