Rib 'N Reef exudes a certain charm and yet it continues to evolve as a chic and elegant-modern restaurant. The secret to its longevity is the fare---a decadent array of steaks, roast beef, seafood, chicken and fresh fish---and the caring oversight by owner Peter Katsoudas. Classic dishes prepared tableside with a great deal of flair include steak tartare or yellowfin. These specialties are not only enjoyable to eat but fun to watch in their theatrical preparation. The wine cellar is extensive with 10,000 bottles, so worry not whether you'll find a suitable selection. And if help is required, the sommelier will assist in finding something fitting.
