Ribs USA Restaurant Review: Locals seem happy to wait nearly an hour to be seated at Burbank’s favorite rib joint, a no-frills venue with neon beer signs, a peanut shell-covered floor and a robust take-out business. Most of the usual suspects are served here, including big beef ribs, meaty baby backs, hot links, chicken and sides like mac ’n’ cheese, baked beans, collard greens and corn bread. Steaks, catfish and shrimp are also available. The barbecue sauce is a bit on the tame side, but the big portions and convivial atmosphere keep the crowds coming. |
