THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Rino Restaurant Review:

This small restaurant is valued by foodies thanks to chef Giovanni Passerini’s inventive cuisine, which is influenced by both Italian and French flavors. It’s sufficient to forget the exiguity of the setting with its open kitchen near the entrance facing two large tables and a tiny dining room at the back. The three-item lunch menu changes each week, depending on what Passerini brings back from the Aligre Market. Well-designed dishes please the eye as well as seduce the palate with a bold yet harmonious combination of tastes: celeriac-stuffed tortellini paired with oysters and a seaweed broth; a preserved and skillfully cooked suckling lamb complemented by button mushrooms, turnips and cabbage leaves on tapenade; chocolate tart with hazelnut slices and clementine sherbet. To match this delightful cuisine, the wine cellar features a large selection of French and Italian bottles.
