THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Rio Bravo Restaurant Review:

This pleasant restaurant puts a pretty face on some macho dishes usually associated with serapes and sombreros. Indeed, although the thrust of the cooking heads south-of-the-boarder, the kitchen staff slips in dishes like baked filet of salmon with sautéed spinach and steamed rainbow trout wrapped with herbs and plantain leaves. There’s even a version of surf ’n’ turf, with blackened New York steak and grilled shrimp. But the kitchen turns its main energies to such dishes as enchiladas, fajitas and a terrific burrito stuffed with lobster. To start, find ceviche mixto, sopa de tortilla, and pupusas.
