Riverside City College Culinary Academy Restaurant Review

: Tucked into a depressing office building is a terrific destination for lunching bureaucrats and local businesspersons, who can eat in style at bargain prices. The Inland Empire’s chefs of tomorrow, the students at the Riverside City College Culinary Academy, do the cooking and serving at this attractive restaurant where classic galantines and pastries are shown off on massive platters by the door. You might begin with a luxurious cream of artichoke soup before moving on to stuffed chicken, artfully plated with a skillful reduction, or a fish ‘n’ chips salad dressed with a light citrus vinaigrette, before finishing up with a chocolate crème brûlée. Aside from showcasing the work of young toques on their way up, one is hard pressed to find a better deal in the Inland Empire.
