THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Robinhood Free Meetinghouse Restaurant Review:
Chef Michael Gagne took a lovely post-and-beam church dating back to 1855 and made it into a tranquil setting for his globally influenced cuisine created with local ingredients. You'll find both schnitzel and saltimbocca on his eclectic menu as well as influences from France such as foie gras dressed with a golden raisin compote and joined by a duck confit pancake. Lamb cotelettes go beyond the traditional mint treatment with a citrus sauce heated by curry. For dessert, the strawberry shortcake showcases the chef's cream cheese biscuits which you can take home for your own breakfast or brunch. The menu changes on a whim, so be sure to take advantage of what's in season and in the imagination of the chef.
