| North Side rib aficionados will go to the mat to defend Robinson's in any rib-off, and well they should. The racks, tender right down to the bone, are the result of slow smoking over hickory. As for the barbecue sauce, it has just the right amount of spicy tang and depth of flavor---a good foil for the lean and meaty ribs. Add two more winners to the menu: celery-seed coleslaw and fries. It's hard to go into a rib place and not order ribs, but the barbecued and smoked chicken is so good it gives us pause. The cobbler is memorable as well. There's limited seating and a limited delivery area. BYOB. |
