: Rock & Rita’s at Circus Circus offers flair bartending, live music and signature Caribbean dishes in a 14,000-square-foot party spot. The menu features “The Ulcerator,” a ten-ounce burger dusted with Cajun spices and topped with smoked ham, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, fried onion rings and Butt Burnin’ Blaze Sauce, along with decadent hot dogs, a meatloaf sandwich and grilled Cuban.
