Miguel Sanchez Romera has brought his avant-garde style of cooking from his native Spain to New York City. Chef Romera is a neurologist and he approaches food in a very similarly precise way. Expect to eat things that aren't what they seem, and experience ingredient pairings you never imagined possible (think white chocolate and scallop).
