Rosa Mexicano Restaurant Review: Neon-bright colors reverberate around the cavernous dining room, which boasts two bars, separate eating areas, and sidewalk-window views of MCI Center and the passing scene --- it's a bit unnerving to perch at a window chair with pedestrians only inches away. First up, if you are in the mood, is tableside-made guacamole, for which the restaurant is famous. Then scan the menu, which extends from queso fundido, crab meat empanadas and ceviches to such main courses as crispy pork shank and chicken tortilla pie.
