Rosa Mexicano offers a made-at-the-table guacamole that’s just the overture to a full-bore Mexican meal that may include such dishes as quesadillas and tacos with pork, chicken, vegetables or steak, and inspired entrées of roast chicken or pan-roasted red snapper. One may also opt for a salmon salad or a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and chorizo sausage. For dessert, sample the churros with dipping sauces or a wedge of tres leches cake with toasted meringue. Of course, Mexican beers pair well with the food, as do the margaritas, tequilas, sangrías and assorted wines. Each Rosa Mexicano location has a different vibe, and this outpost resides in an area with prosperous neighborhood homes just up the street.
