Rosebud on Rush Restaurant Review: Rosebud is still one of the most consistent Italian restaurants around, and this outpost is located in a renovated brownstone that was formerly a music institute. The menu sparkles with favored Italian dishes, but it offers a good burger, too. Just as important, however, is the feeling that your patronage is very much appreciated. This is an upstairs-downstairs arrangement, one with tablecloths and candles that add a pleasantly upscale vibe. Tasty plates include mascarpone-laced rigatoni alla vodka, fettuccine Alfredo and veal Parmesan, all presented by a veteran waitstaff. Keep in mind that portions are large, so plan to share, especially when it comes to appetizers, salads and pasta dishes. The wine list is fine, though not extensive.
