Rosso Restaurant Review:

There's nothing quite like a visit to Rosso, Hotel Sorella's fine dining restaurant. With its dramatic view of the Country Club Plaza, it’s the place to linger over drinks followed by executive chef Steve Tracy’s refreshing take on imaginative dishes. We recommend the Drunken Meatballs over creamy polenta; similarly, the locally sourced Amish hen, juniper-roasted and glazed with a ginger-lemon ale, bursts with flavor. The Antipasto Slate comprises domestic, provincial and Mediterranean charcuterie; renaissance and artisan cheeses; and farm-to-market breads. End the meal by selecting from among the desserts and apéritifs, then segue into Bar Rosso a few steps away. The entire room, drenched in a dramatic red, black and white color scheme, rivals the striking vistas of the Plaza.
