An agreeable wine list complements special dishes like roast chicken with white truffle-mashed potatoes, traditional steak frites and gingered tuna tartare. You can run in for a plate of first-rate oysters and a glass of Louis Latour Chardonnay, or have an entire meal. The bar is a see-and-be-seen scene.
