 This multi-purpose venue houses an art space, retail shop and a café that recognizes the meido kissa (maid café) concept found in Akihabara, Tokyo’s electronics district. The Japanese- and French-inspired fare with California style may include pan-seared scallops with sweet peas in a yuzu broth, a grilled shrimp salad with toasted pine nuts and white miso vinaigrette, Jidori chicken breast with stir fry brown rice and an orange soy reduction, and lemon cheesecake.
