THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Roy's Restaurant Review: Chef-partner Kiel Lombardo and a well informed staff bring celeb chef Roy Yamaguchi’s bright tasting fusion cuisine to the table at this attractive Center City spot. Lombardo delivers sparkling combinations of Asian herbs and spices and fresh Pacific seafood, like the lobster pot stickers with togarashi miso butter and the Hawaiian butterfish that sizzles with soy vinaigrette. Lombardo likes to play, too, serving delectables like edamame vichyssoise with truffle foam and Korean beef tartare topped with a house-made kimchi. Ask about the special tasting menu, starting at $50 for six courses, including flights of cocktail and wine pairings.
