Ruby's Mission Viejo Restaurant Review:
Located in the Shops at Mission Viejo, this Ruby’s makes for a nice pit stop. Kids and adults alike delight in the house favorite: an old-fashioned burger with a side of fries and a cherry Coke or old-fashioned chocolate shake. There’s also more contemporary and healthy fare, like salads and sandwiches, along with hot dogs, soups and chili if you're not in the mood for beef. Though the chain is a mere quarter of a century old, the original Ruby's was housed in a 1940s-era bait shack at the end of Newport’s Balboa Pier, and all of the 40 or so locations maintain that retro feeling and down-home service.
