Russia House offers lively violin music, Russian-red décor and a menu that blends Russian and European classics. In the mood for very costly caviar? You can eat your fill, assuming you have a budget that allows such extravagances. Want the most unique vodkas? Take the plunge here (assuming you have a designated driver in the crowd). Then you can draw up a straight Russian, American or Continental menu, or a blend of several cuisines, as the options offer plenty of latitude. Start Russian---the borscht would be a good choice, though you can opt for one of many different caviars or the other Russian classic, the pirozki (pastries filled with meat, cabbage and cheese). As for entrées, there's lamb shashlyk and beef stroganoff but we recommend the grilled pork chop glazed with a garlic sauce that has a hint of mustard.
