Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review: Ruth's Chris specializes in USDA Prime steaks served on blazing-hot plates. They serve the standard quiver of steakhouse sides, from potatoes au gratin to sautéed mushrooms. There’s plenty of seafood to whet saltwater appetites, such as a whole Maine lobster and a plate of barbecued shrimp. The wine list is decent but nothing to crow about; you’ll find something bold to complement your beef, though. Bread pudding with whiskey sauce is a must for dessert, or maybe the banana cream pie. Why not both?
