Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review: You can order veal, lamb, chicken or fish, but it’s best to stick with Ruth's Chris' hand-cut USDA Prime Midwestern filet mignon, rib-eye, New York strip or porterhouse steaks, accompanied by one of many potato selections or giant asparagus spears with hollandaise sauce. While steak is the star, the Maine lobster is also first-rate. For dessert, consider the signature bread pudding with whiskey sauce. The wine list offers plenty of big reds to complement those hearty steaks.
