Ryan's Grill at Ward Centre Restaurant Review: Ryan's hits the mark as a lunch and post-work drinks-and-appetizers spot for Honolulu's young professionals, its calling since 1983. The beer list is impressive and the cocktails are always good. Pair your drink with a starter, such as one of the Hawaiian pokes, kalua pork quesadillas, and hot crab and artichoke dip. Entrée salads, sandwiches and Kobe burgers are standard meal-size fare; for a heartier appetite, order the Kalbi beef rice bowl served with Korean-style pickled vegetables, fried egg and kimchi fried rice, or the guava-tamarind glazed pork ribs. Consider the haupia crème brûlée and Key lime pie for dessert.
