THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Saba Blue Water Cafe Restaurant Review:
Like the ocean, Saba Blue Water Café is bubbling with exotic sea creatures and activity. Pretty patrons pack the room and fill the bar. This hot-spot fuses tastes from the Pacific Rim, Mexico, New Orleans, and just about everywhere. Exotic cocktails, tapas and small plates are the main attraction and we like to make a meal of them. Best bets: moo shu pork sesame pancakes, steak churrasco sauced with chimichurri, and fried oyster tostados. Dash from work early to join the crowd of young professionals at the popular happy hour. Don’t let the bar atmosphere let you overlook full entrées altogether. We find the curry tilapia with pineapple rice to be fresh and vibrant, and the grilled jerk chicken tender and piquant. The more casual fish tacos crowned with jícama salad offer a warm, cool and crunchy contrast of flavors.
