Saffron Cafe Restaurant Review

: Hidden a few steps from the edge of downtown is Saffron Cafe, offering well-seasoned Moroccan cuisine. The classic tagine, a flavorful stew featuring lamb or chicken that's slowly cooked with vegetables and fruits in a conical ceramic pot and served over couscous, gives an authentic taste of this flavorful cooking. Grilled lamb kebabs are a signature selection, and the Moroccan paella features a saffron-ginger sauce. The wine and beer lists, while limited, complement the food. For dessert, it's the classic baklava and a cup of green tea, or the mascarpone layer cake.
