THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Saigon Asia Restaurant Review:

Despite its very upwardly mobile location in Arlington, this fusion-Asian place just misses the boat, with food that is too timid, a dark and somewhat depressing décor, and a bar scene that is so mellow that it looks like everyone nodded off, including the staff. As one might guess from the name, the food is basically Vietnamese, but with so many outstanding Vietnamese eateries, to say nothing of Asian restaurants, within the neighborhood, one would be well advised to head elsewhere. We turned towards one of our standard favorites, the bowl of rice vermicelli topped with crispy spring rolls and moistened with a sweetish broth, a dish that is really hard to spoil. But the ginger jumbo shrimp, which should have been a real winner, lacked finesse. And even the Vietnamese staple garden rolls had too few herbs and crunchy greens wrapped up with the noodles and shrimp. A big disappointment, sorry to say.
