THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Saikyo Sushi Bar & Grill Restaurant Review

: This casual little Japanese eatery fills a void for sushi on the east side of Winter Park, and with just a dozen tables, it's often busy during dinner hours, with agonizingly slow service. But if you don't mind the wait, you're in for a treat---order a warm saké or a cold Japanese beer and enjoy perusing the menu. The Vietnamese sushi chef creates plates of raw fish, and offers an array of interesting rolls, like the Rocking Roll with eel, tuna, avocado, cucumber and smelt eggs, or the spicy Bahama roll with conch, onion, cucumber, kimchi sauce and smelt eggs. There's also a half-dozen vegetarian rolls on the menu. If you like your fish cooked, try the tempura or the New York strip steak teriyaki.
